In 2012 - February and March - Kit Yu and I took a trip to the Far East again - splitting the tour between Hong Kong and Taiwan.
This is the first page from Hong Kong -
It was misty and cloudy and you could not see the Victoria Peak in all the mist, but it gave me some fantastic opportunity to photograph Hong Kong under those circumstances - and the result was stunning - - -
No need to admire Hong Kong only in sunshine - - -
Eventually this trip also became my last trip to Hong Kong - a place I enjoyed immensely up through the seventies - - -
Things are different now, but Hong Kong still occupy a great deal of my heart - - -

Take note of the small, white building to the left of the very tall building, - that disappears into the mist - the International Finance Center.

This modest building was once the first skyscraper - and the tallest building in Hong Kong - - - -
Now it is dwarfed by a forest of tall buildings - one taller than the other - , and can only be described as a small building in today's Hong Kong - - -
