I think that this "advisor" was the organizer and brain behind the whole show - - -
He seemed to be absolutely everywhere, directing the actors without taking directly part in the show himself, and if he really was the organizer of the whole act, I must say, that he did a splendid job!
Also he might look like a person from the time of the Paekche kingdom with his long hair - - -
